Step 1- Artwork Preparation and Apparel Selection

To ensure the best quality product, please prepare artwork in the below format.

- Preferred File Type: .eps, .psd, .ai, .pdf

- Files must be at least 300 dpi or Vector Format

- Max print size is 15 in wide by 15 in long

- If a print-ready graphic is not provided, an hourly art fee will be charged.

We source high quality products in a range of price points, including trending brands! We utilize a variety of decorating methods including screen printing embroidery, DTF and DTG. These methods can be used on a myriad of products including t-shirt, sweats, bags, aprons, safety apparel etc.

Step 2- Determine Sizes and Quantities

     -To keep pricing competitive, our order minimum is 12 pieces. This minimum is calculated based on the design, so there may be a variety of sizes and garments to meet the minimum, as long as it is the same design. Remember, the greater the quantity, the greater the discount!

Step 3- Request a Free Quote

     - Email us at info@shirtail.com or use link below to submit your request. Please included artwork including any design details (colors, location) as well as apparel selection (including quantities and sizes).

Step 4- Approve Estimate and Artwork

      -You will receive two emails from our team. The first will include a detailed estimate and the second will be for artwork approval.

Step 5- Production

      -Once your estimate and artwork have been approved, your order will be put into production. Our turn-around time is dependent on the method of decoration. Screen printing, DTF and DTG orders are typically ready in 7-10 business days. Embroidery is typically ready in 2 weeks. Once your product is ready, we will ship your order, or call and email you to let you know your order is ready for pickup!
